About the company :
A new age well-funded Edutainment startup that develops innovative educational toys to build core skills in children is looking for a Business Head to overlook and drive the management of online sales to ensure effective and timely sales, delivery and continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with teams to manage all aspects of the e-commerce/online business including business planning, content strategy and development, online marketing, website design, analytics, customer service etc.
- Manage P&L, develop and monitor budgets and financial performance.
- To ensure company productivity and efficiency including implementing business strategies, evaluating company performances, and supervising employees.
- Have functional exposure to sales development, training and overall business operations & management.
- Have an understanding & exploring new markets for businesses growth & streamline marketing operations.
- Data driven approach and strong knowledge of Google analytics, FB analytics - analyse data to tap new opportunities for increase in sales through customer retention and acquisition.
- Create KPIs for the teams and drive the team.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience, preferably with past D2C brand experience.
- Prior experience in running an e-commerce business is a MUST. Start up experience is preferred.
- Experience in managing P/L, revenue generation, business analytical abilities, strong network/distributor management, process orientation, sales & marketing and decision making.
- Strong leadership, mentoring and team building skills.
- Possess a very high level of commitment, ability to think ahead, strategize and execute.
