- Perform root cause analysis of potential problems and provide effective resolutions.
- Develop business cases based on business analytics and competitive intelligence.
- Develop business plan and complete all due diligence activities.
- Perform business modelling to optimize business functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to collect business data to complete timely analysis.
- Perform business analysis and reporting to management for Decision making purposes.
- Supports the top management in annual planning & budgeting process with in-depth analysis.
- Data Analytics to identify opportunities for cross selling/ revenue generation.
- Come up with new ideas for revenue generation and help the team achieve the revenue figures.
- Dissemination of Analysis to support business decision.
- Interaction with the internal customers for better performance delivery.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- 6-8 Years of experience in Banking/fintech & NBFC.
- Should also know Predictive Analysis, Productivity Analysis, Competitive Analysis, Behavioral Analysis, Customer Analysis.
- Should be able to Manage end to end campaigns, web analytics, market analysis.
- Should have Excellent working knowledge of coding languages like Python, MySQL as well as having good knowledge of visualization tool.
