Job Profile: Smooth and effective performance of the department, coordination of New Product Introductions (NPI) as per the approved plan, market research for new products, portfolio management, competitor analysis, annual budget and long-range plan preparation, market intelligence, commercial SPOC for monthly S&OP cycle and management reporting.

Major Challenges: This is a techno-commercial role requiring mature analytical, management & communication skills across R&D, SCM, BD, and Operations. Critical thinking, proactive planning, and meticulous follow-through would enable me to showcase the agility and timely results of the organization's long-range plan.

KRAs

1. Analyse disparate sources and databases to conduct market research and business intelligence analysis to understand product trends in given demographics.

2. Competitor analysis using databases (IQVIA, EXIM) and industry news.

3. Support tracking crucial market intelligence (news articles, FDA shortages, etc.)

4. Consolidate analyses and prepare relevant MIS reports for the consumption of the commercial team.

5. Prepare and publish portfolio strategy and product budgets.

6. Publish Commercial and NPI KPIs and dashboards.

7. Identify new products and prepare a business case.

8. Coordinate NPI projects according to the plan.

Candidate Profile

1. Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate

2. Should have 12 - 18 Years of experience in of Pharma API manufacturing industry experience with experience in Project management and portfolio strategy

3. Must have led a team of at least 4 executives.
