Head Business Intelligence / Analytics

- Team BIU comprises of analysts and team leaders who use the knowledge of analytics, statistics, economics and technology to solve business problems.

- The team also looks after a number of critical customer relationship management systems (APS, SFA, UNICA, DW etc) and project manages a number of initiatives in these areas.

- The team is looking for an experienced professional who has demonstrated track record of leadership position in analytics.

Knowledge/Technical Skills :

- Managing business interface to conceptualize analytics solutions to business problems.

- Taking ownership of projects from conceptualization to implementation.

- Ability to manage change and to provide leadership in the area of complex data management solutions.

- Sound understanding of analytics techniques and technologies in the area of analytics.

Personal Skills :

- Ability to engage meaningfully with senior business leaders and external stakeholders

- Confident with ability to communicate effectively

- Ability to work with multiple assignments

- Ability to manage a team
