I have an opening with one of the leading animation company as Head HR Business operations.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 18yrs and above

Male candidate only.

Head – Business HR Operations:

This role will lead and direct all the Business HR teams for the PFW businesses to enable them to deliver a proactive and comprehensive HR services to the business/location. This role will support as HR operations, Grievance Management HRIS. This role will also carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, which is appropriate with. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a combination of strong business acumen and significant Human Resource (HR) functional knowledge to guide the the breadth of talent required to drive client business success. This position requires an individual who can act as a senior consultant to the business and execute strong integrated HR strategies and initiate. As part of the HR executive team, this role requires an experienced perspective based on business and organizational transformation, active collaboration, agility, technical excellence and the ability to successfully partner with senior business leads.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

- Lead and direct the Human Resource team to deliver comprehensive HR services to the business

- HRIS implementation & automation - Lead the Transition effort for successful migration to HRIS

- Supervising the implementation and adherence to PMS processes and timelines. Managing issues arising due to PMS

- Dealing with escalations of complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and insightful company knowledge in evidencing appropriate decision making

- Implementation and compliance/adherence to new HR policies, procedures and processes. Ensure all company policies and procedure are up to date in line with regional employment laws. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies

- Implementation and successful execution of all activities/events/drives planned in the Engagement Calendar for all PFW businesses

- Drive grievance handling, employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement.

- Ensuring the successful execution of various reward and recognition schemes for all the PFW businesses.

- Implementation of HR Analytics to the Senior Management. Improvising current reports and develop ability to churn data on demand

- Leading the team to manage and curb on absenteeism and unplanned leaves of employees.
