This role will assist the VP HR to formulate and strategize various functions of Human Resources and the broad areas would include: Employee Engagement & communication, Employee R&R as well as Performance Management. This role will also carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, which is appropriate with the grading, level and responsibilities allocated.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a combination of strong business acumen and significant Human Resource (HR) functional knowledge to guide the development of HR strategies that will develop and retain the breadth of talent required to drive client business success. This position requires an individual who can act as a senior consultant to the business, build and execute strong integrated HR strategies and initiatives. As part of the HR executive team, this role requires an experienced perspective based on business and organizational transformation, active collaboration, agility, technical excellence and the ability to successfully partner with and advise senior business leaders and functional HR leads.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

- Formulate and coordinate policies and strategies for the development of divisional performance indicators. Supervising the adherence to PMS processes and timelines. Managing issues arising due to PMS & initiating new processes/ means to capture quantifiable data in order to provide a fair, scientific and factually measurable review for employees at all levels.

- Driving the planning, implementation and successful execution of all activities/events/drives planned in the Engagement Calendar for all businesses; ensuring stakeholder buy-in and participation in ensuring the success of these initiatives.

- Ensuring the successful execution of various reward and recognition schemes for all the PFW businesses; participate in the ideation, conceptualization& rollout of these along with Senior Management.

- Ensuring constant, consistent and timely communication to all employees on various issues both, routine and special. Working closely with the senior management and the Marketing team for timely communication to all concerned.

- Assess organizational performance systemically, defining talent gaps and proposing HR & OD solutions that support client business objectives.

- Implementation and compliance/adherence to new HR policies, procedures and processes. Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to dates in line with regional employment laws. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies.
