Reporting to the CHRO, you will be managing the team and will be responsible for:
1-Spearheading and driving the people strategy in synergy with the business strategy
2-Leading the implementation of HR processes within the business including talent acquisition, talent management, OD, L&D, C&B, policy, processes and controls
3-Being an advisor while working very closely with the stakeholders to understand the requirements well along with sharing market insights to improve quality
4-Driving recruitment, PMS, HR operations and developing learning initiatives
5-Managing plant activities, leading Industrial relations and supporting the resolution of IR issues
6-Working very closely with the senior stakeholders and business heads to drive organizational culture and foster growth
7-Streamlining internal processes and building strategies to ensure smooth implementation of plans
8-Partner actively with business heads to understand ongoing HR needs, anticipate and provide timely solutions on people matters
9-Be a part of the senior leadership of the company
- Candidates with 16-24 years of experience in all areas of HR including Talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, learning and development, C&B and policies
- Only candidates from Tier 1/Tier 2 B School || MBA in HR should apply
- Candidates with an Engineering will be preferred
- Experience in managing a multi-plant setup and handling both IR and HR activities is a must
