- Working with the leadership, the incumbent will drive the HR agenda and head HR Strategy for the MNC.
- The incumbent will lead a team being responsible for designing and monitoring systems, templates and structures for effective implementation of strategies.
- 15-20 years of relevant experience as HR Business Partner having worked across various functions of HR incl. minimum 5-6 years as Plant HR
- Strong experience of having worked with large established organisations in FMCG/Automotive/Manufacturing
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead strategy
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
- Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills
