Job Description : Opportunity to head the Business Finance function for a Top NBFC in the Indian market. Looking at FP&A/Business Finance leaders ONLY from the NBFC/Fintech ecosystem

Description :

1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.

- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.

2. Business Performance Analysis:

- Analyze key financial metrics and KPIs to provide insights into business performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

3. Risk Management:

- Assess financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for risk mitigation and capital optimization.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

4. Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Drive professional development initiatives for team members.

5. Stakeholder Communication:

- Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.

Profile :

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in leading Business Finance/FP&A function ONLY in Top NBFC/Fintechs in India.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional finance qualification preferred.

- Proven track record of success in strategic financial planning and analysis.

- In-depth knowledge of the NBFC/Fintech industry in the Indian market.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
