They have a presence PAN India and are looking to significantly grow the top line of the business over the next few years. They are now looking for a dynamic individual to lead the business finance function. Job Description As the Head of Business Finance, you will be responsible to support the organization in achieving its goals with a focus on sales and OPEX as well as to drive key Finance projects. Your key responsibilities are: 1. Oversee project revenues and expenditures to verify that projects are completed on time and within budgetary guidelines 2. Continuous drive &amp; follow up on cost reduction 3. Focus on reduction in capital expenditure and drive down the operational costs by assessing the manufacturing units and working closely with the supply chain finance team 4. Business and Projects Analysis 5. Enforcement of group directives/instructions - specifically relating to assurance, compliance. 6. Implementation &amp; follow up on strategic actions &amp; KPIs 7. Financial statements and annual budgeting Monitoring compliance to budgetary plans, conducting variance and profitability analysis 8. Oversee and monitor the budget of the various project and analyze any major cost deviations from budget. 9. Continuous analysis of business performance Vs budget &amp; forecast 10. Review the company's financial transactions, sales contracts, and business practices. In addition to providing guidance for improvement, identify revenue control risk and develop and implement revenue control plans. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue control plans. The Successful Applicant As the successful candidate, you are a qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance, with 10-14 years of experience in a ecommerce of FMCG company. You have been responsible for the business finance function, driving top line and looking after capital expenditure. You also have experience in financial planning, creating budgets, forecasts and variance analysis thereafter.
