Opportunity to head the business finance function of a leading automotive OEM based out of Delhi

Description :

As the head of the business finance function, you will be responsible for :

- Working closely with the CFO, you will be the business partner for the sales & marketing team, assisting them in identifying & evaluating opportunities for the firm to grow both from a top line & a bottom line perspective. This could be in the forms of new markets, product lines, marketing strategies, pricing decisions among other things

- Providing key decision support around pricing, promotions (discounting), budgetary controls, working capital management, compliance etc

- Partnering with business in preparation of promotional schemes and providing recommendations

- Own the entire marketing finance function which would involve taking care of marketing policies, spends, RoI, media spends & cost management among other things

- Taking care of the entire sales finance function which would involve pricing decisions, discounting, dealer schemes, dealer appointments etc.

Profile :

- You will be a Chartered Accountant / MBA from a Tier 1 college with circa 20 years of work experience with significant exposure to creating an impact on both the top line as well as the bottom line of the firm. 

- You will be heading the business finance function of a dynamic organisation ideally coming in from consumer focused industries like Auto OEMs, FMCG, FMCD etc. 

- In addition to this you will have excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen.
