Job Description : As the Head - Business Finance, you will be responsible for partnering effectively with the business to ensure continued growth in both top and bottom line. You will also drive a continuous transformation agenda moving the organisation towards a metrics based approach of reporting.

Headquartered in Europe, our client delivers products and solutions across the entire agribusiness value chain, providing feed, fertiliser, pesticides, nutrients and ingredients. Our client has large manufacturing setups globally but functions in India as primarily a trading business. With an India turnover of more than INR 1500 cr and a global turnover exceeding 50 billion euros, our client's India business has been growing at more than 20 per cent annually.

Description

As the Head - Business Finance, you will be based in Bangalore. Your responsibilities will include :

- Business Partnership : Being the main point of contact for all business decision-making requiring financial data. Be highly operational in all business processes to ensure maximum efficiency communicating effectively and clearly and pushing back when required
