Candidate Profile

Must have completed MBA/PGDM from well reputed Tier 1 or 2 College.

Min 5-10 Years experience at similar profiles or decision making level.

In charge of Business Process Excellence in Operations.

Responsibility to manage excellence for all cities across India.

Can form successfully strategies for rapid growth of company.

Need strong operations. Willing to travel Analytically very strong

Work Location: Gurgaon.

Includes travelling to our branches in India.

Candidate Job Profile:

Direct the annual strategic planning activities.

Guide business partners across all office functions in their strategic assessments and development/review of their short- and long-term strategies.

Prepare offices for strategic reviews with senior management and the communication of the plant's strategies.

Guide plant through in-depth analysis of key strategic issues.

Build, test, and analyze business cases for long range strategic opportunities.

Provides strategic link with corporate business development.

Lead the creation of a long-range site strategy and manage the resulting long-range plan which includes but is not limited to capacity, operation, staffing and investment.
