Head Business Excellence

Roles and Responsibilities:

- This person will be part of the Business Management Group

- This person will be working at the organizational level and he will report directly to the CEO

- This person will be driving transformation, project management, business reporting, business excellence, etc.

- The functional heads of Business Excellence, PMO team and Transition team will report directly to him

- He will be driving change within the organization

Education/Qualifications

- Certified Master Black Belt (Mandatory)

Experience

(Technical/ Functional)

- 10-15 years of overall experience of which at least 8 years in Business Excellence/Quality role

- Should have done Quality & Business Excellence roles in large capacity

- Understands offerings – like Customer Operations/ Information Technology/ Finance and Accounting/ Networks/ Human Resource Services

- Ability to lead teams in a matrix structure

- Customer Oriented /Ability to understand Partner needs and leverage Lean six sigma methodology to create process improvement

- Well versed with various Process Improvement frameworks, ie., Lean Six Sigma, BPMS

- Coach and mentor team of MBBs/BBs in deploying Lean Six Sigma methodology
