Head - Business Development & Strategy - Contracting & Construction Business

To manage the Business Development & Strategic planning activities of the Company, focus on Building, Factories, Township, Commercial complex, Hospitals, Buildings Projects & Roads.

Reporting to Director / CMD

- Formulation & implementation of Business Development plan for Domestic & International market

- Explore new business opportunities and sectors

- Explore new territories & segments

- Ensure healthy order book in pipeline with YoY(>45%) & bottom line of YoY (>15%)

- Build strong relationships with Government Bodies, clients & private developers

Strategy Formulation

- Conducting Market survey & preparation of feasibility reports

- Bidding & Tendering management

- Meaningful MIS to Top management

- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering

- MBA with a focus on construction management or related fields can be valuable
