Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop the C&I business in Renewable sector by managing key external relationships, identifying suitable customers/ projects and ensuring timely submission of quality offers/ bids.
2. Identify possible strategic opportunities in the areas of business development.
3. Evaluate the new business proposals from a technical point of view and assess the technical and commercial viability of the project from a customer and client perspective.
4. Ensure constitution of a suitable bid team, review bids to ensure their feasibility, competitiveness, provide business-level inputs and ensure alignment with the business strategy and goals.
5. Ensure co-ordination and providing inputs for completion of aspects such as land acquisition, environmental clearance, due diligence etc. to facilitate smooth transition to project implementation phase.
Candidate Profile:
1. Years of experience: 16 - 25 years.
2. Qualification: BE/B.Tech and MBA (Full Time).
3. 15+ years of sales experience in the solar sector.
4. Excellent exposure of developing the C&I business for the solar sector.
5. Technical & Commercial understanding issues around C&I sales and regulatory aspects for C&I energy sales in different states.
6. Proven experience in successfully building the business and expanding into new markets.
7. Commercial & Contract Management.
8. Excellent leadership and people management skills.
