Job Title: Head Business Development & Sales

Job Responsibilities/KRA's:

- Monitor effective implementation of business development activities.

- Identifying new B2B market opportunities in the Market & develop individual business plans.

- Undertaking strategic decisions to increase sales, marketing communication, sales and marketing activities.

- Analyze business strategies and develop improvement plans to provide appropriate growth to business.

- Prepare marketing budgets, sales projections, financial analysis and return on investment.

- Prepare and implement various capture methods for business development.

- Evaluate market trends and provide appropriate support to product development.

Responsible for building relationships with existing clients

- Prepare marketing materials and conduct training of products and services, provide guidance to staff members on business development issues.

An ideal profile will be

- 5-8 yrs of Relevant experience in Business Development/Sales/ B2B.

- Should have good corporate presence and presentable

- Good at one-many conversations.

- Open to travel

- Only Female candidates should apply.
