Company is an Indian Healthcare startup with a primary focus on post hospitalisation care to help patients.

Location: Bangalore

Schedule / Shift: Regular

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 6-10 yrs

Position requirement:

- The Head of Business Development, Bangalore, will assume the responsibility of the growth agenda of the company in our Pilot market, Bangalore.

- This role will require working closely and collaborate with the Product Development team and Operations team(s) to ensure customer success. This role will have a skip level report to the COO. Travel: Local only. This is a Sales role and the successful person will be meeting potential customers and end consumers across the city.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

- Facilitate and drive Sales and Marketing initiatives and campaigns

- Key KPI's will include (not limited to) - sign up of vendors (like hospitals, service providers) and customers.

- Create and develop product portfolio and account-oriented ROI analyses

- Sign up, facilitate and develop a relationship to drive key initiatives across the Company's ecosystem e.g., partner with providers, viz., Hospitals, Clinics, Medicine & Equipment suppliers, Ambulance companies and other care providers

- Serve as lead / liaison with account management

- Craft messaging and positioning, e.g., development of executive-level and sales presentations and marketing content for campaigns

- Lead coordination of market-segment strategies, e.g., major industry events

QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of Sales and/ or marketing experience including in the Healthcare segment especially care provider space

- Education - Degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.

Critical Skills

- Healthcare Industry experience

- Sales / Marketing / Business Development experience

- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) user

- Executive level presentation experience

- Team Management

Additional Functional experience

- 5+ years experience in marketing, strategy, sales / business development or similar market-oriented disciplines

- Success stories with key account sign up and conversion

- High conversion ratio in vendor/provider partner alliances

- Experience in developing / executing B2B demand generation campaigns, particularly account-based marketing

- Exceptional business acumen

- Strong communications and interpersonal skills to collaborate with executives, sales leaders, and customers

Industry experience

- Expertise in the health care provider market segment or related IT / services

- Size and complexity (Experience navigating provider players (viz., Hospitals, Medicine & Equipment Suppliers, Homecare providers, etc)

- Ability to influence teams and advance programs without direction authority

- Demonstrated career progression with roles of successive responsibility

Salary Offered : 8 - 15 LPA
