Position Description :
- The Business Development Head Role, would spearhead the Sales initiatives in order to make in-roads into the market with our multiple service offerings, expand client base, maximize revenue & market share while ensuring profitability. This is a critical leadership role that has the opportunity to define the future of our recruitment services value proposition.
Requirements :
- Should have excellent CXO, CIO level connections
- Experience in End to End closure Sales/Business Development for different business segment like Staff Augmentation, Software Projects Outsourcing deals
- Extensive Experience in Carrying out End to End Sales Activities to Promote Services related to IT - ITES
- Should have a proven track record in achieving Revenue based Sales target
- Should have been good in Relationship building, Account management, Pre-Sales to End Sales activities
- Attention to detail, Self-driven, ability to work independently, competitive and passion for success
- Demonstrated leadership skill with a bias toward action, supporting a culture of ownership and learning
- Skilled in collaborative management environment, succeeding through regular meetings and clear formal and informal communication with members of the management team
Responsibilities :
- Candidate will be responsible to close deals for Staff Augmentation, Software Development Project Outsourcing, Shared Services
- Should have experience in closing the international deals
- Able to grow the business in alignment with company business plans
- Responsible for managing and enhancing the Client relationships
- Strategic planning in developing new clients, new strategies and its implementation
- Anticipate client concerns and proactively resolve them
- Generate new business through business development activities
