Head - Business Development - Research

Job Role:

1. Will independently drive target achievements from opening to closure along with support from inside sales team for meetings etc based on campaigns that are given to you. Will be responsible for industry vertical or geography as decided mutually between the sales team members from time to time.

2. Will focus on high growth accounts with an aim to get longer-term or consistent business from a set of clients who can be account managed to scale over time.

3. Will provide inputs to team members on any insights in sales and marketing or opportunities they see from time to time.

4. Will be responsible for timely turnaround times with respect to client communication and operations-sales coordination on pre and post sales activities.

5. Will actively take part in all client review calls to be on the same page with all.

6. Will drive and submit clear MIS to showcase operations and HRD any movements that could trigger preparedness or recruitment well ahead of time.

7. Will drive inputs to the overall strategy of the firm with respect to business development and innovation.

8. Have to sell MR services in international geography.

Eligibility:

1. Good industry exposure in Market Research segment.

2. Have to drive business through account hunting and farming

3. The right candidate should be result driven and have the capacity to convert high targets through revenue closure

4. Should help the management in strategizing and sharing industry insights and add value to the company's business model
