Profile Overview:
- Understands Delhi/NCR Real Estate have experience in land acquisition transactions, strong local market knowledge, Connect with brokers, developers, land owners, IPCs.
- Well versed with FSI.
- Understanding the potential of the plot, develop potential of the plot.
- Conversant with DSR.
- Done Maximum number of deals.
- Good at Deal evaluation, analysis and investment decision making for real estate assets.
- Understanding of development laws & able to do financial feasibility (P&L).
- Financial Modelling.
- Laws pertaining to transactions; structuring documentation - needs to be well versed with documentation, vetting etc.
- Feasibility studies for market expansion, product, pricing, sales velocity estimations studies, market trend analysis.
- Needs to have done multiple transactions.
- Needs to be detailed oriented about the Project, needs to own the deal.
- Growth Strategy - Drive company's long term growth strategy and set priorities for BD function in line with its aspirations.
- Risk identification & mitigation strategies for new projects.
- Feasibility studies for market expansion, product, pricing, sales velocity estimations studies, market trend analysis.
- Evaluate new markets and product ideas.
