Head - Business Development - Real Estate (13-25 yrs)
Purpose of the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join as the Business Development Head.
- In this key Leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the Company's growth and expanding its market presence in the Real Estate sector across PAN India.
- The Business Development Head plays a critical role in identifying Land opportunities, building strategic partnerships with land owners, leading the negotiation, closing the deals and developing innovative strategies to maximize revenue and achieve business objectives.
Competencies & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Company's Business development strategies to drive growth, increase market share, and expand the Company's presence in the Real Estate sector.
- Identify new Land opportunities, evaluate their viability, and conduct Market Research to determine market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Lead the negotiation and execution of strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and collaborations to enhance the Company's market position and diversify revenue streams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Stakeholders, including potential Land owners, investors, partners, and industry influencers.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of leads and prospects, implementing effective Sales and Marketing strategies to convert opportunities into successful deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Operations
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact the real estate sector, and incorporate relevant insights into Business development strategies.
- Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand awareness and establish the company as a leader in the market.
- Track and analyze Market data, Sales metrics, and Business performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of Business development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential Clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor competitors' activities, market dynamics, and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities or threats and develop proactive strategies accordingly.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role in the Real Estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate sector, market trends, and industry best practices.
- Strong network and relationships within the Real Estate industry, including developers, investors, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with Clients and partners.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends to drive business growth.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving Sales targets and Business objectives.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to stay ahead of industry developments and emerging trends.
- Mentor and lead a team of Business Development professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to foster their professional growth.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Sales tools, and other relevant Software.
