Head - Business Development - Pulp & Paper Industry

This role will require extensive networking in the market and creating product value addition along with the technical teams to win customer preference.

The role will also extensively require off the person to be innovative and experimentative in seeking out the most profitable and high growth segments to drive future business expansion.

The ask of the role is to work collaboratively along with the sales team, the product development team, the brand team to achieve the goals

Key Performance Indicators/Key Areas of Accountability

- Make the company the most preferred brand partner for business across market segment of Paper, Board, Tissue and others

- Drive end customer preference and enlist nominations of company from end customer to the value chain, thereby ensuring right price and profitability

- Front end nominations to be traced to actual paper purchase and price realisation for business growth

- Drive adoption of company in new emerging and profitable business segments

- Identify areas of value addition , innovation and develop them into profitable and scalable market segments

- Co-champion with product development team and brand team adoption of new technologies developed by company

- Be the conjunct between market and product development team and Quality team to create market required product specifications and quality

- Be the custodian of customer voice and customer satisfaction within company

- Echo the customer voice and requirements across departments in company to achieve customer satisfaction

- Work along with the brand team to position Company as a valued brand in each market segment

- Facilitate along with the quality team and production team certifications which help us achieve higher market repute
