Head - Business Development - Premier Properties
- The incumbent would be responsible for business development in Pan India from site selection to finalization by driving the organization's growth with a team of business development team and expanding its market presence in the real estate sector by identifying land opportunities, building strategic partnerships with land owners, leading negotiations, closing deals, and developing innovative strategies to maximize revenue and achieve business objectives.
- The incumbent has a deep understanding of the real estate industry, strong networking skills, and a proven track record in business development.
Qualification & Experience: Should be Graduate or MBA Preferred with minimum 12 years of experience in real estate business development from the real estate industry and a good network with developers, investors, brokers, agents, and real estate consultants with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and leadership and team management skills.
