Head - Business Development & Operations - Facility Management Firm

We are currently looking for a Head of Business Development & Operations for a large French facility management company.

Key Result Areas:

Business performance:

- Grow the business by adding new clients and farming more business from existing clients

- Drive profitability in line with company ambition

- Improve cash flow by driving timely collections

- Drive operational performance, innovation and continuous improvement

People focus:

- Build a strong team by inducting the right individuals in key positions

- Promote a high performance culture through strong performance management and development planning

- Drive career and succession planning for key individuals and roles

Client focus:

- Develop strong client relationships with key clients

- Drive a rigorous governance process

- Drive company's Clients for Life framework

Leadership and Strategic:

- Develop and drive the business strategy for the Pharmaceutical and FMCG segment

- Ensure compliance with company's Values and Ethical Principals

- Represent Company at Industry meetings, seminars and conferences as required

- Contribute to the development of the overall India business.
