We have a position vacant for Sales Head for an Event based Organisation.

Designation - Business Development Head (New Business)

Location - Gurgaon

Strategy: She is tasked with a leading strategic role where she executes outreach

Strategies by prospecting new businesses to utilize all available channels. Is responsible for the establishment of strategic frameworks for capitalizing on identified opportunities across the business and approaching new prospects.

Collaboration: The role of New Business Development Head is also a highly collaborative position where she works closely with all key members of the business development team and various cross functional teams within the organization.

Analytics: New Business Development Head will also play an analytical role where she will lead the gathering of relevant statistical information across the business, conducting analyses, and the drafting of reports regarding the overall performance of activities undertaken by the business development team.

BUSINESS OWNERSHIP & CLIENT MANAGEMENT

Business Head with P & L responsibility must have complete ownership of the business unit- s successes and failures. This includes identification of new business opportunity with aim of gaining wider work exposure in the identified areas in industry and consider their impact on their Business division and on overall organization.
