1. Business Development Strategy & Bid Management
- Oversee management of new bids through the bid management life cycle from identification of potential for new opportunities to customer contract negotiation and signing
- Formulate bid strategy to prioritize and respond to potential bids and tenders
- Build, manage and nurture business relationships with key customers and external stakeholders
2. Contract Strategy & Management
- Lead development of contracting strategy, guidelines, policies and procedures for formulation and management of customer and vendor / partner contracts
3. Vendor / Partner Management and Development
- Oversee development of strategy and framework for identification, selection, and on-boarding of vendors / partners incl. vendor performance management
