Job Description:

- Identify and manage, with the existing sales team, new business opportunities with clients for Business Unit in India and for the rest of the Group.

- Increase existing contacts within the Indian automotive industry and other related potential markets.

- Detect project opportunities and forge long-term trust-based relationships with clients.

- Manage the complete sales process, in coordination with Product/Project Managers.

- Detect opportunities and discover hidden needs of the clients through consultative sales approach.

- Support Project Management needs related to projects performed for Indian clients.

- Create specific sales and business plans to meet annual growth targets.

- Prepare monthly sales forecasts.

- Assure that sales quality processes are followed.

The Successful Candidate:

- B.E. Mechanical/Automotive.

- 15 to 18 years of experience

- Professional experience in a similar position, preferably related to automotive CAD/CAE services

- Good knowledge of the vehicle development process

- Ability to convince through technical arguments and to express the points of common interest.

- Results-driven professional
