- Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments and guiding the team on the same
- Revenue generation through new account development and key account management
- Responsible for achieving sales target and increasing profit
- Developing relevant business proposals and Prepare pitch presentations
- Handling meeting with key client and understand their requirement and accordingly provide them with suitable options
- Identify, innovate and execute business ideas to improve service delivery and improve client retention ratio of the company
- Be in constant touch with the client before, during and after the event
- Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc
- Enhance organizational effectiveness through setting up appropriate marketing strategies
