We are looking for someone who's worked at the intersection of the 3 major stakeholders (Digital marketing agencies, and coordinating with Talent Management companies) for at least 5 years, ideally based in India. As a new business leader, your role would revolve around: - Driving Client Acquisition and Scaling up clients - Working closely with clients to offer the best solutions to accelerate their growth; This would include working closely with the team to put the initial plans/pitches together - Tracking to monthly/quarterly and annual revenue goals Responsibilities : - To build and foster client relationships by taking charge of the client's requirements from formulating strategies and plans to final implementation. - Provide insights-led solutions for brand problems. Generate ideas for brands and lay down an approach to achieve the same using Company name. - Contribute to new business presentations and analysis through insights, plans, and innovations - Focus on the quality of output/consistent performance/professional code of conduct/sense of ownership/honesty and integrity. - Lead a team by supervising and mentoring them to raise the quality of deliverables to the client Expectations : - Media understanding plans working knowledge, campaign management experience with digital media - 5+ years of experience in acquiring new business for digital marketing, ideally with a Digital Agency / Partner - Strong business, marketing &amp; consumer understanding - Strong existing relationships with brand managers, agencies and artists
