Core competencies :

1. Drive relationships across the globe in Media, Entertainment, Sports, Fashion, Gaming, Crypto, Blockchain, Discord, Global Auction houses, NFT and Metaverse brands and companies.

2. Establish key relationships with industry bodies and Rights holders across above mentioned business verticals

3. Understand various digital currency and wallet revenues

4. Understanding of content related revenues across products, services, CaaS and Saas

5. Drive revenues across Subscriptions, Digital wallets, Syndication, Licensing and other content revenue streams including Digital IP's, Gaming, Digital publishing etc. in top 100 customers

6. Drive acquisition and representation of Global Licensing Rights on an exclusive basis by Times across top business verticals

Roles & Responsibilities :

A. Create partnerships across both Products and Services

B. Drive domestic and cross border strategic tie-ups across Media, Sports, Entertainment, Gaming, Fashion, NFT, Media and Creative agencies

C. Drive acquisitions of key Rights holders and integrate them keeping in mind the Brand, Business and Corporate objectives

D. Creates a Risk Mitigation plan across all business verticals

E. Support business development initiatives including collaboration, in-licensing and out-licensing. This will include assisting with activities including assessing competitive landscape, business case development, conducting due diligence, lead generation and sourcing, and financial analysis

F. Work closely with leadership and cross functional members of management team to drive and implement corporate strategy and long-range planning based on current portfolio opportunities and risks, financing needs and organizational capabilities. Assist in identifying portfolio, financing and/or organizational gaps and plans for how to best address them.

G. Prepare business development documents, presentations, and briefing books. Prepare, evaluate, and present robust financial modeling and analyses to value projects and terms; develop, participate and deliver high level impactful presentations and conclusions to senior management and key stakeholders. Participate in deal construction and negotiations

H. Drive initiatives across key verticals to acquire new Creators including photographers to create more content

I. Client relationship management - Foster partnerships & build networks across the required channels

J. Track new market and emerging trends, recommend new products and services

K. Develop new strategic partnerships

L. Tracks new markets and emerging trends, recommends new products and services, proposes, and develops new strategic partnerships, writes proposals, and plans, and guides long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements.

M. Integrates upsells and cross sells across top 100+ Sales accounts

N. teams up with the product development departments in creating product intelligence, for example, product/brand adjacencies, affinities, display rules, conducting trend analysis, and ensuring that these are aligned to support and drive new opportunities and conversion.

O. Guide long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements

P. Collaborate with the product team to drive adoption, customer success, and feedback on future product enhancements

Q. Work closely with marketing, lead-generation teams to build and execute outbound sales strategy

R. Research and identify customer prospects and targets in the Indian market

S. Identify profitable business opportunities and develop long-term business growth strategies

Knowledge & Skills :

a) Experience in new age Digital is a must

b) He/ she must know how to work in an All-encompassing role

c) Knowledge across the domains of Media, Sports, Entertainment, Online, Gaming, NFT, Crypto, Blockchain and Fashion

d) Experience to work with cross border international and domestic partners

e) Lead by example

f) High on energy and can work in a start-up and slightly uncertain environment

g) High on embracing change management

h) Persistence, knowledge of the product or service you're selling, and communication skills are essential

i) Experience of working on Salesforce and./ or CRM Next is a must

j) In-depth knowledge of the product offerings

k) Quick to learn and adapt to the changing scenario

l) High on energy, dynamic individual, calculated risk-taking ability

m) Ability to communicate, present and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization

n) Networking and relationship building

o) Problem solving skills

p) Sense of ownership and accountability

q) Excellent communication skills
