Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive categorization of mattresses.
- Update and manage product information, key features, detailed descriptions, and SEO keywords content.
- Ensure all products are listed and optimized to the highest standards across various platforms, websites, and marketplaces.
- Analyze customer query data and implement process improvements.
- Generate customer reviews and monitor ratings to enhance marketplace status.
- Coordinate operational activities related to catalogs.
- Ensure a reliable and operationally effective flow of mattresses.
- Market new products through regular website updates.
- Coordinate channel promotions in collaboration with sales, marketing, and other departments.
- Lead the publication and optimization of web content to drive sales and lead generation.
- Improve processes to reduce order discrepancies.
- Enhance customer micro journey to achieve goals.
- Establish scalable communication processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive tools and process improvements.
- Ensure key deliverables are met for respective accounts and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Develop sales plans, market plans, and forecasts for the entire marketplace.
- Appoint sellers for mattresses.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Measure product performance by tracking add-to-cart and e-commerce conversions.
- Monitor bounce rate.
- Analyze customer page session (time spent).
