Head - Business Development - Management Consulting Firm

A reputed Management Consulting Firm that serves leading businesses, multi-national companies, small and medium enterprises, NGO's and start-ups, is looking for a Head - Business Development, based at Mumbai.

Relevancy / Quality of experience and Value-add is more important than years of experience.

The candidate MUST :

- Have relevant experience of successful Business Development specifically in HR Consulting within India & abroad,

- Be Smart & presentable,

- Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills,

- Come with Digital Marketing, Campaign design & Marcom experience ideally.

QUALIFICATIONS : MBA (HR / Marketing), Digital Marketing certification Preferred.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Lead Business Development of the HR & Management Consulting Service offerings & Products, within India & Abroad,

- Achieve Revenue and Profit targets agreed for India & other geographies,

- Leverage business relationships to ensure a strong business pipeline

- Robust Business Planning to keep the business protected / insulated from environmental factors at all times,

- Lead Digital Marketing & Marcom for the business and ensure high visibility, conversions & ROI.
