Roles and Responsibilities
- Set and Achieve Sales targets month on month
- Manage the sales team day-in, day-out
- Manage and Develop new and existing accounts
- Bring competitor intelligence/market intelligence to the table
- Create strategic partners to identify new business leads
- Drive Merchant level Initiatives and new feature pushes
Desired Skills and Experience:
- At least 6-7 years of Field Sales and Business Development Experience
- Should have prior experience of running a large team (at least 50 people)
- Should have prior experience of managing a P&L
- Should- ve prior experience of selling a software product
- Aggressive Sales Mindset
- Prior start-up background will be preferred
- Prior experience of dealing with SMEs will be a big plus
