Key Performance Indicators:
- Develop and implement operational strategies for setting-up of Gold Loans across branches.
- Develop appropriate team structure and scale up the cross-functional teams.
- Ensuring achievement of KBO (Key Business Objectives) of the annual business plan.
- Work closely with the technology team to implement and scale up innovative business solutions and products.
Expectations/Required Skills.
- Experience of leading a large gold loans sales team - through knowledge of risk, credit and customer services functions of Gold Loans.
- Sound knowledge of Gold Loan Infrastructure and Vault Management.
- Expert in process set up and operations of Gold Loan Business.
- Passion to leverage technology in financial services to provide next gen products and services.
- Ability to deploy adequate manpower and drive sales performance.
- Ability to engage with customers, cross- functional departments and dealers/agencies.
Qualification & Experience
Post Graduate with Minimum 10 years of relevant experience of gold loan business operations, ideally from traditional gold loan\business.
