Role and Responsibilities

The role involves in Business Development, Brand Strategy, Brand Management, Marketing Budget Strategic Marketing Planning & Distribution development

- New product development in new and existing market

- Supporting the overall operations management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization's short, medium and long-term profitability and shareholder returns

- Formulating Annual Business Plan for New Products for PAN India market with P & L management

- Creation of Organizational structure, placement of people with the help of corporate HR

- Developing, reviewing and reporting on the Sales and Production strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team

- Restructuring operations, Product Positioning and introducing important measures to bring in profitability which include establishment of new factory, strategic partner alliances for business processes and team re-organization

- Engaging with formulation with external consultants/firms to formulate the strategic plan i.e. Foot Print and Go-to -Market Strategy for the Business Unit with a vision to be Market leader in defined time frame

- Steering business operations for the profit center with a view to realize pre-planned sales and revenue targets; formulating profit center budget for operational / business development activities

- Evaluating Business Plan, investment needs, growth assumptions, working with each manufacturing units to finalize robust cost-efficient plans through improving production yields and cost savings measures

- Directing the expansion of channel business by sourcing new partners and maintaining efficient business relationships with existing partners to enhance profitability of business operations
