Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Bank Business Development. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in credit or debit card business, specifically in credit and debit card product or portfolio management, gained from leading banks or fintech companies. This role requires exceptional sales orientation and the ability to build and leverage a vast network within the banking community, particularly in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Lead the strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives for the bank's credit and debit card products. Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships within the banking sector to drive revenue growth.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote credit and debit card products to banks and financial institutions. Drive sales targets, meet revenue objectives, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in credit and debit card products. Utilize data-driven insights to tailor products and offerings to meet customer demands.

- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the banking community, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers. Leverage these connections to foster collaboration and secure new business opportunities.

- Product Positioning: Collaborate with the product development team to enhance and optimize credit and debit card products. Ensure that the products are well-positioned in the market to meet customer expectations and gain a competitive advantage.

- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue generation through effective sales techniques, crossselling, and upselling of credit and debit card products. Regularly analyze sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve financial targets.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all business development activities comply with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to credit and debit card products.
