Job Description : This role reports to the MD

Major Responsibilities :

- Responsibility for implementing a sales growth strategy in an Integrated Facilities Management

- Development of new business via networking, referrals and territory management

- Account management of your portfolio

- Management of Key Performance Indicators

- Ensuring your on-going training and career development to enable an improving, competent and up to date skill set and competency level within both the technical knowledge element of the role and senior level sales skills

- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers

- Working with the sales and marketing teams to identify new commercial opportunities

- Working with colleagues to ensure cross selling opportunities are maximized.

- Champion positive customer oriented culture through all areas of the business

- Increase the company brand recognition within the Total/Integrated Facilities Management Market.

Candidate Requirements :

Qualification : MBA / Any Graduate

Experience : Min 15 years

Candidate must have experience of :

- Selling in an Integrated Facilities Management Market.

- With a proven record of developing business and commercial opportunities.

- Experience of preparing sales and tender documents and an ability to see the sales process through from initial contact to completion.

- Excellent skills in developing client relationships at a senior level and experience of managing sales and customer relations.

- Strategic Management experience would be beneficial and experience of multi-level external and internal liaison with clients and operations.
