This person will take of Corporate Engagements i.e Executive Education & Placement of Students in the Real Estate, Construction & Infrastructure Sectors.

Person with 8 to 12 years of experience in Corporate Sales from the Education / Real Estate Sector.

Job Purpose :

- Candidate will have overall accountability of business development, corporate sales, brand development in Southern India.

- This is a significant role since it is a function responsible for building linkages with the industry and ensures that the industry hires students from this Institution for all their talent needs.

- It is responsible for developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones in order to ensure the above objective is fulfilled, In addition, this role will also be responsible for promoting the Executive management programs that are delivered for working professionals in the real estate, construction and infrastructure industry and ensure all revenue and enrolment targets provided in the business plan are met.

- This position works towards Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships, identifying leads, to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new and existing clients.

- This position requires an appropriate understanding of all phases of sales development, from prospecting to proposal development, negotiation and closing deals and account management.

- This position works very closely under the guidance of the Associate Director - Business Development

Key responsibilities and accountabilities :

- Focus on developing relationships with large Real estate and Construction firms and create awareness and building profile with a view to ensuring that the organizations hire talent from this Institution and also consider sponsoring their talent for Executive management programs with a view to supporting their learning and development needs.

- The endeavour will be to develop strong relationships with Key employers at Senior Management levels in these firms and get the to become the benchmark degree qualification for the entry level talent needs of these organizations.

- Build solid relationships with existing key accounts, and support them with Follow-on sales

- Maintain strong knowledge of end-customers and market through regular visits and industry research

- Effectively employs sales skills to achieve targets (for Executive management programs and also generate leads for other training programs)

- Manage effectively the relationship process through prospect development / proposal, presentation

- Effectively communicate with clients (develop and maintain relationships) and maintain regular contact with Key Clients (servicing) via telephone, face-to-face and written communication

- Ensure that the person is the point of contact for all the hiring needs of the organizations and ensure that the organizations have a seamless experience in dealing

- Facilitate the placements process and be the link between the students and the companies and ensure that all students get placements.

- Coordination with the placement coordinators, sending the CV's of relevant students to the company based on an understanding of the company's requirements with a view to ensure that the students get recruited.

- Be able to demonstrate full knowledge of all courses, relevant selling points and benefits

- Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievement and activities

- Represent in a professional manner at all times
