Head - Business Development - Education Group

Business Development Head needed for an Education Group.

Role - This role is based in Gujarat however the selected candidate has to travel Pan India basis requirement.

Prospective candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the school domain (School expansion in different cities) along with other sectors like Hospitality etc. Key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, fostering partnerships, and enhancing the overall financial sustainability of the school. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to attract new students, engage with parents, and cultivate relationships with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning

- Student Enrollment

- Partnership Development

- Brand Management

- Financial Management

- Event Management

- Data Analysis

- Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Qualification and Skills :

- Should be MBA/PGDM

- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the education sector.

- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

- 15 to 20 years of working experience handling business development.
