Position Purpose: This role is responsible for maximizing revenues through the sale of digital services resulting in optimal revenue for the company.
Key Responsibilities -
- Lead generation and bringing in new clients for digital and social media services.
- Handle corporate accounts and conducting client servicing.
- Coordinating and playing the role of a single point of contact- for the clients.
To be able to make presentations on services offered and pitch the same to clients.
- Client mining.
- Be up to date with the latest trends in the industry and strategize how to achieve client satisfaction.
- Analysis of the current business scenario.
- Creativity in terms of how to build relations with existing clients.
- Creating a systematic weekly report
- Achieving quarterly targets that have been set by the management.
