Candidates must be currently working in a Digital Marketing organization

Our client is a Digital Marketing company and has been in the business for many years. They are well funded to expand the operations in India and other key markets globally. You would work with Top management and own the business P&L.

Responsibilities :

- Acquire and retain clients by demonstrating thorough account management skills

- Business development across geographies and categories of clients in India

- Expand the digital marketing practice

- Recruit, train and retain the account management team

- Strategize and institute processes to drive excellence

- Collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders

Critical Success Factors :

- Minimum 10 years of Business Development experience for a Digital Marketing or advertising firm

- Ability to work under deadlines of scale-up mode
