Head - Business Development - Digital Brand

We have an opportunity for a Top Premium Digital brand in India to build its brand in US,

Position : Business Development Head

Your key responsibilities

- Ensure our clients subscription grows in US by identifying and building non digital channels of sale

- Connect by connecting with Indian communities across the region and build affiliate networks

- Work with cross functional teams to convert ideas to Create and manage motivated and high-performing distribution, retail and advocacy networks that drive our clients awareness, adoption and usage

- Work with brand managers to plan and deliver - below-the-line- promotional, educational and trial programs to enhance customer acquisition, and for usage of pre-installed apps

What to bring

- 7+ yrs of work experience in building FMCG brands- sales, distribution and retail networks in non-metro US geographies

- You have hunter mindset, love selling, are self driven and thrive under pressure

- Demonstrated experience in building brand presence and working on complex projects independently

- Excellent interpersonal skills; outstanding in team work, ability to work successfully with teams across the org

- Detail orientation, execution excellence & entrepreneurial spirit
