Head, Business Development/Development Relations(Real Estate)
- Report to CEO for day to day activities and approvals.
- Exploring new business development opportunities by leveraging client relationships developed over the years in previous work assignments.
- Identify opportunities for Real estate development through Strategic alliance, acquisition or other market opportunities in PAN India and review the opportunity in accordance with company's overall business strategy.
- Designing effective sales strategies, and marketing company products and services.
- Adept in analyzing gaps vs required actions for any particular assignment /future project success.
- Strong as a solid liaison (strong point-of-contact) between Developer partner and the company headquarters (head-office).
- Attend key conferences, tradeshows, and events to create awareness and prospect for new leads.
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
- Prospecting structure deals, including valuation and negotiation, troubleshoot problems, ensure legal agreements mirror the commercials, coordinate with concerned teams, perform due diligence, achieve quarterly and Annual Deal Targets.
- Prepare detailed opportunity assessment reports, project financials, terms sheets, Joint development agreement frameworks, key evaluation matrices and presentations for decision making by senior management.
- Assists in the completion of monthly targets.
- To undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
