Head - Business Development & Corporate Sales - Corporate Wellness Business

The incumbent should have excellent presentation and communication skills and a pleasing personality. And responsible for driving business through the individual and sales teams in a defined channel of acquisition. The duties and responsibilities of this position include driving business through defined channels of acquisition. Approaching the identified customer's top management, Enrolling corporates into our health and wellness services Making proposals and presentations there

- Accountable for business development for the concerned region.

- To promote health and wellness services to new corporate clients

- Create new leads, aggressively grow, and retain market share.

- Leverage relationships with corporate to pitch organization's OHCs (Occupational Health Centers) and other wellness services to the market.

- Should be strong in market intelligence and accordingly prepare sales pipeline.

- Should be strong in pitching the product and ability to convert the pitch into business.

- Innovate bundled VAS for clients.

- Ability to network and create working relationships with Group Companies.

- Develop vendor relationships with existing and future vendors.

- Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage workforce deployment.

- Manage costs and expenses judiciously.

- Getting sponsorship for our new programs and events.

- Coordinating with various corporates to initiate the programs.

- Submit daily reports to the business head.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate or MBA from reputed B School with minimum 8 years in into corporate sales preferably from Health Care, Medical, Wellness Services, Corporate Services, Insurance broking, Insurance TPA, Retail Health care. OHC (Occupational Health Centre) preferred.
