- Survey and gather data on global CMO providers and understand the competitive landscape.

- Understand global / regional trends in CMO outsourcing and identity areas of opportunity and profitable niches

- Estimate demand projections in both DS and DP

- Prepare presentations on company's CMO capabilities, capacities and services

- Prepare a CMO marketing plan (identify potential customers and how to reach them and convert them)

- Prepare RFP, RFQ, Costing, Pricing, Contract templates

- CMO organisation chart (what positions we need to hire in Corp and in plant) - identify dedicated and shared roles in Tech Transfer/Absorption; QA, F&A,

- Was responsible for all the deliverables of the Division including operations, business processes and commercial strategy, including value proposition, service offerings, pricing, appropriate contract terms etc

- Responsible for Business Planning and Strategy for Biopharma/ Generics Business and generating revenue from CMO business model. Strategize BD approaches, sales pitches and Client relationship Management
