Our Client is a leading Risk Consulting Company offering risk management and engineering solutions in the field of Safety, Health and Environment.Our client has initiated innovative and specialized services catering to the needs of Asian & European markets for more than 15 years.

As Head - Business Development, your job role will be:

- To create and implement business development plans / activities for the company in the area of Comprehensive Risk management & Engineering solutions for Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and Insurance Support services.

Commercial Strategy:

a) Entry into Markets

b) Identifying new Markets

- Building relationship with large customers

- Joint Offerings/Co Branding activities

- Monitoring BDMs/Commercial Executives of your team

- Sending Quotes/Maintaining MIS of Proposal/Collections

- Identifying suitable partners for MOUs

- Spot opportunities for acquisition

- Strong Financial and commercial acumen

- Establish Marketing plan, target setting and evaluation

- Identify new opportunities in various markets and accelerate customer acquisition

- Brand building

- Collaborate with other team leaders and support strategic business needs and initiatives of the organization

- Experience in Oil and Gas, Engineering Consulting would be an added advantage.
