About the Organisation: A leading MNC in Healthcare and medical devices

KRAs:

- Managing the Marketing activities, communication & business development and accountable for Training to Sales team,

- Enable sales teams with generating leads, product training, competitive market and clinical inputs, proper product pitch, product demonstration, through the closure

- Development of KOL, reference centers, Training centers for the products, product demonstration, Target setting,

- Support to achieve yearly/quarterly sale targets for assigned territory,

- Setting up of training centers, event management.

- Driving Marketing operations, sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the frontline sales dealer.

- Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning the selling and the marketing strategies.

- Channel network infrastructure development

- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers and channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.

- Evaluating performance & monitoring of dealer sales and marketing activities.

- Responsible for demand forecasting & ensuring ready availability of products as per the market demand

- Ensuring maximum brand visibility through participating in events, workshops, exhibiting product line in an effective manner, & capturing optimum market shares.

- Implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development effort.

- Developing strategy for product positioning, Launch, and segmentation.

- Implementing & making promotional schemes for greater product visibility.

Requirement:

- Relevant experience in the field of Medical Devices & Equipment(Point of care diagnostics)

- Hands on experience on providing application support

- Must have experience in imparting training to Key opinion leaders,field staff and clinical specialist

- Strong commercial/business acumen
