- Finding new application for products

- Experience for new product identification and market research

- Coordinating with different heads of the department - Marketing, Sourcing, Projects, Quality, HR, Logistics, Operations Strategic Direction Setting & Reviewing

- Should be very well known in the chemical industry - highly networked

- Candidate with extensive experience in specialty chemicals

- Very important that he is from a chemical distribution background

- Should have broad knowledge about multiple chemical industries and not focused on one business vertical or one or two products
