Job Description-  The candidate will be responsible for business development activities in the state for the bank loan rating market and grading products for real estate, education institutes, hospitals, etc. The position will recruit, train and manage the team across the state. The position will also be responsible for career development of the team members in the region.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:   - Lead high-level business development efforts with issuers and senior bankers in the region  - Drive revenue growth, client retention and market penetration in the bank loan rating market and grading space  - Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to execute consistent commercial revenue growth strategy  - Pursue and close new business and actively participate in client engagement activities (i.e., client visits, marketing presentations, etc.)   - Educate clients on the competitive advantages the firm's research and analysis offers  - Gather and analyze client feedback and utilize results to hone client marketing strategy  - Analyze industry trends and produce actionable market intelligence  - Drive self and team colleagues to achieve group revenue goals  Position requirements:   - Bachelor's Degree essential. Post graduate degree is desirable.   - 9-16 years of fee based business origination experience in the BFSI industry. Experience in credit rating industry would be an advantage.
